The Micery Keep

This is an adventure for Mausritter that is adapted from the MÖRK BORG adventure, Misery's Keep. I created this for Phil's TTRPG Layout Jam 2023. The original text is by Rugose Kohn with editing by Mr Kohn’s editor & licensed ball balmer, Walton Wood. I made some minor edits to the text in order to adapt it into a Mausritter setting.

Count Vilerät, grandson of the Shadow King, hides in his steel fortress, conspiring with a coterie of undead rats set on conjuring a curse that will end all mice. These misfits have taken refuge in a keep on the edges of an abandoned junkyard. In covenant, they chant black liturgies to unleash an ancient curse, hastening the final Micery - the destruction of all mice.

The adventure is available in A4 and US letter sizes - simply print it on both sides of a sheet of paper and fold it in half to have handy adventure brochure.

Some notes on the content & layout:

The point of the game jam I created this for was to take an existing module (written for MÖRK BORG) and rework the layout in a new and interesting way. When adapting it for Mausritter I made some changes to the original text in order to suit the scale of Mausritter, but kept to the core details and mechanics as close as possible. The result is an adventure that stays true to the original text but can easily be dropped into any Mausritter setting.
