Market Day features as the played adventure in the TTRPGkids review of Mausritter within the Kiwi Acres campaign setting.

It is Market Day at Kiwi Acres. Hosted at the crossroads every month, the market presents an excellent opportunity for the creatures on the farm to scavenge all kinds of food. But this month word has spread that if the farmer catches one more animal sneaking about the market, he will shut it down for good causing the residents of Scarecrow Stand to lose a valuable source of food.

To prevent this, all the farm residents have agreed to stay away from the market for a month or two. All except Paikea, of course. Paikea has gathered his gang of possums and, knowing that they won’t have any competition this month, they are preparing to take advantage of the busy market to claim as much food for themselves as they can.

Their crude tactics will no doubt get them spotted by the farmer, so it is up to the players to prevent that from happening. They will need to stop the possums' plans to ensure they don’t ruin Market Day for everyone, while also staying hidden themselves. It won’t be easy, but it is essential to the survival of the residents of Kiwi Acres.

A great adventure idea! The players have to stop a band of possums from stealing while keeping all the humans unaware of anything going on. It seems to me like a hilarious scene where every time they manage a situation another one even more blatant comes up.

Easy to read and understand and easy to manage the pacing of the story by using the more attentive or unattentive humans. Another great contribution to the Kiwi Acres.

It definitely is an escalating situation - all the antics start running into each other and it becomes super fun to watch players scramble to fix everything.

I'm glad you enjoyed this one!
